Jamie Pinder is the Regional Director of Operations for Banner Physical Therapy, where he provides executive oversight for 28 outpatient rehabilitation clinics delivering comprehensive physical therapy and rehabilitative services across a diverse range of orthopedic, neurologic, sports medicine, and post-surgical conditions. In this leadership role, he is responsible for operational strategy, clinical service excellence, financial performance, and the advancement of patient-centered care throughout the region.

Jamie completed his undergraduate studies at the University of Maryland Eastern Shore after completing prerequisite coursework at Indiana University. His professional career has been defined by a commitment to leadership, organizational excellence, and community service.

A member of Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Inc. since 1992, Jamie has held numerous leadership positions within the fraternity, including Vice President, Financial Secretary, and Chairman of the Sphinx Educational Fund. Through these roles, he has championed educational initiatives, scholarship programs, and leadership development opportunities that have positively impacted students and communities.

In addition to his professional responsibilities, Jamie serves as Secretary of the Alpha Community Education Initiative, where he supports efforts to advance educational access, academic achievement, and community engagement. His leadership philosophy is grounded in service, accountability, and the belief that strong institutions are built through investment in people, education, and community partnerships.
