Dr. Jeriod D. Patterson is a retired engineer, entrepreneur, and community leader in Aurora, Colorado. After a career in engineering and technology, he now applies his technical and strategic expertise to real estate, financial services, and education, helping individuals, families, and investors pursue long-term wealth through careful planning and informed decisions.

Dr. Patterson holds a Bachelor of Science in Systems Engineering from the University of Arizona, Master of Arts degrees in Space Systems Management and Business from Webster University, and a Doctor of Management from Colorado Technical University.

A dedicated advocate for education, he chairs the board of the George E. Hailey Scholarship Endowment, a Colorado 501(c)(3) that provides college scholarships and support to students. He also serves with the Alpha Community Education Initiative, Global Village Academy Aurora, and the Delta Eta Boule Foundation, and as steward pro tem at Shorter Community AME Church.
